Period of Consultations: Mon July 29, 2024 to Sat November 30, 2024The object of the Bill is to amend the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre Act, 2012 (Act 865) to provide for the conversion of the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre to the Ghana Investment Promotion Authority, for the appointment of a Deputy Chief Executive for the Ghana Investment Promotion Authority and for related matters.
An ACT to provide for the Ghana Investment Promotion Authority as an agency of Government responsible for the encouragement and promotion of investment in Ghana, to provide for the creation of an attractive incentive framework and a transparent, predictable and facilitating environment for investment in Ghana and for related matters.
