Free Zone Regulations, 1996 (L.I. 1618)
Regulation 1 (1) Where any area of land, building or any other place has been declared a free zone by the President under section 7 of the Act, any person who qualifies under the Act and desires to be a developer, may apply to the Board for a licence to develop in the free zone. (2) Any person who qualifies under the Act may lease properties or propose properties he already owns for the creation, development and operation of a free zone.
