Free Zone Regulations, 1996 (L.I. 1618)
Regulation 3 (1) The Executive Secretary shall put the application before the Board as soon as the application documents are found to be in order and shall where insufficient information is provided, request the applicant to provide the missing information. (2) An application submitted under regulation 1 shall be considered and determined by the Board and response shall be notified to the applicant within 28 working days of the receipt of the application at the Secretariat of the Board. (3) Where an applicant is required to provide any further information for the purpose of his application by the Board, the application with the additional information supplied shall be determined by the Board and the applicant informed thereon within 28 working days of the supply of the information.
