Animals (Control of Importation), 1952 (No. 36 of 1952)

Regulation 4: Any person who imports cattle into the Gold Coast by land unless, at the time of importation, he produces to a veterinary inspector a certificate issued by an authority recognized by the Minister by a notice published in the Gazette showing to the satisfaction of the veterinary inspector that the exportation from the foreign territory concerned of such cattle is authorised by such authority, shall be guilty of an offence.
