Free Zone Regulations, 1996 (L.I. 1618)
Regulation 16: Every free zone enterprise shall comply with the Factories, Offices and Shops Act 1970 (Act 328) on health, safety and other standard requirements; and the provisions in regulations 7 and 8 of these Regulations relating to the erection of structures and compliance with environmental laws shall apply to every free zone enterprise.
