Free Zone Regulations, 1996 (L.I. 1618)
Regulation 25:mNo person shall remove any goods from a free zone unless prior to the removal a declaration in Form 9 in the Schedule to these Regulations together with a completed C.E.P.S. Single Administration Document (S.A.D.S.) has been delivered to an officer of C.E.P.S. at the free zone and any import duties or other duties applicable have been paid to C.E.P.S. or arrangements acceptable to C.E.P.S. have been made for its payment.
