Real-time dispatch 26.
(1) The Utility shall ensure that real-time dispatch corresponds with rile 1 PCLlic pre-dispatch schedules.
(2) The Utility shall publish information in respect of each dispatch period, including the following:
(a) total load
(b) total transmission losses;
(c) total reserve requirements by reserve class;
(d) total regulation requirements and regulation prices;
(e) energy prices associated with each network node;
(f) security constraints and generation fixing constraints applied.
(3) The Utility shall issue the information published in sublation (2) to every market participant, the Commission and the Public Utilities Regulatory Commission.
