Wholesale Electricity Market Establishment of wholesale electricity market 4.
(1) There is established by these Regulations a wholesale electricity market to facilitate wholesale electricity trading and the provision of ancillary services in the national interconnected transmission system.
(2) The operator of the wholesale electricity market shall ensure the procurement and dispatch of electricity from any facility of a wholesale supplier to a bulk customer and distribution company in a fair, transparent and non-discriminatory manner.
