Planning, expansion and safety criteria 11.
(1) The Utility shall plan and operate the national interconnected transmission system in a safe, reliable and transparent manner and in accordance with the provisions of the National Electricity Grid Code
(2) The Utility shall co-ordinate with asset owners for the timely and consistent expansion of the transmission system infrastructure to ensure adequate and reliable operations of the national interconnected transmission system.
