Occupational And Personal Pension Schemes (General) Regulations, 2011 (LI 1990)
Regulation 16 An approved trustee of a registered scheme who is an individual trustee shall (a) maintain a valid performance guarantee, and (b) on receipt of a notice from the Authority that its performance guarantee does not satisfy the requirements of the Authority, issue another performance guarantee before the expiration of the current guarantee.
