Occupational And Personal Pension Schemes (General) Regulations, 2011 (LI 1990)
Regulation 4 An individual person who desires to be appointed as a trustee shall (a) be ordinarily resident in Ghana; and (b) satisfy the Authority that that person is a person of good reputation and character and, in particular, has not been convicted by a Court of competent jurisdiction whether in Ghana or elsewhere, of an offence involving fraud or dishonesty.
