Occupational And Personal Pension Schemes (General) Regulations, 2011 (LI 1990)
Regulation 5 (1) The Authority may approve an application under regulation 1 (1) if the other businesses carried on by the applicant are in the opinion of the Authority compatible with the interests of the members of an occupational pension scheme, a provident fund scheme or a personal pension scheme. (2) Sub regulation (1) applies even if the applicant complies with the provisions of these Regulations in respect of appointment of trustees.
