Occupational And Personal Pension Schemes (General) Regulations, 2011 (LI 1990)
Regulation 9 (1) An application for registration of an occupational pension scheme, provident fund scheme or a personal pension scheme shall be in accordance with sections 129 to 135 of the Act. (2) An applicant shall give an undertaking to the Authority by deed, or by a document similar to a deed acceptable to the Authority that the applicant shall ensure that, as far as reasonably practicable, the requirements and standards prescribed in these Regulations in relation to an occupational pension scheme, a provident fund scheme or a personal pension scheme shall be complied with if registered.
