Gaming Act, 2006 (ACT 721)
Section 19: Non-transferability of licence (1) A person shall not transfer a licence granted by the Commission to another person. (2) A person who transfers a licence granted by the Commission commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of not less than five hundred penalty units or a term of imprisonment of not less than two years or both.
