National Lotto Act, 2006(Act 722)
Section 5(1):The Board of the Authority shall licence Lotto Marketing Companies for the distribution and sale of coupons and for other purposes that the Board considers appropriate.
(2) The licence of a Lotto Marketing Companies shall be for a period that the Board considers appropriate.
