Impounding of poultry
3. (1) An officer of the Assembly duly authorized to impound excess poultry may at any reasonable time during the day enter and inspect any premises where poultry are kept and may request the owner or keeper of the poultry to dispose of the poultry which is in excess of the permitted number within fourteen days
