National Pensions Act,2008 (Act 766)
Section 133: (1) On registration of an occupational pension or provident fund scheme, the Board shall issue a
certificate of registration to the approved trustee of the scheme and, if there are any conditions with
respect to the administration of the scheme, the Board shall specify the conditions in the certificate or in a
document accompanying the certificate.
(2) The certificate shall specify whether the scheme is an employer sponsored scheme or a master
trust scheme.
