Para. 5 (a) The Environmental Health Directorate in conjunction with the Department of Agriculture may, where it considers necessary in the interest of public health, declare any crop unfit for human consumption
(b) No crops declared unfit for human consumption shall be sold, offered or displayed for sale for human beings.
