Tema Metropolitan Assembly (Distilling and Sale of Akpeteshie) Bye-Laws 2017
2. a) Any person who wishes to distill or sell akpeteshie or any intoxicating liquor made by Ghanaians shall apply to and obtain permit from the Tema Metropolitan Assembly (hereafter referred to as "the Assembly") to do so.
b) Any license granted under these Bye-laws shall expire on the 31st December of the year in which it is granted.
