Nation Museum Act, 1969 (NLCD 387)
Paragraph 7:(1) No person shall sell or offer any antiquity for sale by way of trade or business except in accordance with a licence issued by the Board. (2) Application for a licence to sell antiquity shall be made in writing to the Director and shall be in such form and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.
