Day-Care Centres Regulations, 1979 (LI 1230)
Regulation 7
(1) The management committee of every Day-Care Centre shall, having regard to the economic conditions and living standards in the location of the Centre determine the fees chargeable in respect of each child.
(2) Any fee determined by the management committee under sub-regulation (1) of this regulation shall be subject to the approval of the Commissioner.
