Day-Care Centres Regulations, 1979 (LI 1230)

Regulation 14
(1) No child shall be admitted to a Day-Care Centre
(a) if he has not been immunized against smallpox, diphtheria, whooping-cough, tetanus, tuberculosis and measles; or
(b)  if he suffers from any other infectious disease.

(2) Every Day-Care Centre shall arrange for the children at the Centre to be examined at regular intervals by a Public Health Nurse.
