Fruit Industry Act, 1969 (NLCD 356)
Section 6(d): A person who (...) contravenes a provision of this Act or of the Regulations, or who makes default in complying with a provision with which that person has a duty to comply, commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding two hundred penalty units and in default of payment to a term of imprisonment not exceeding six months.
