Rules For Managing Occupational Pension, Provident (NPRA/GD/PPS/01/11)
The funds of a registered scheme may be invested only-
(1) in the investments permitted under section 176; and
(2) in accordance with the restrictions imposed under sections 178 and 179 of
the Act and any additional restrictions that may be imposed by the Authority
from time to time.
