Offence and penalty
8. Any person who contravenes any provision of this Bye-law commits an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not less than 100 penalty units or in default to a term of imprisonment not exceeding six months or to both.
Procedure to Follow
LICENSE RENEWAL-PROCESS
2. Notwithstanding (1), it is the operator’s responsibility to apply for the renewal of a license before expiration date. Operators are obliged to inform the Commission of any changes on their inventory and operations.
3. Pass Fit and Proper Test.
4. Submit Tax Clearance Certificate of company and directors.
5. Complete and submit Anti Money Laundering Form to prove source of funds or additional funds.
6. Clearly indicate the Direct Beneficiary of Company.
7. Updated certification of software
8. Any update/changes to company details (shareholder/Directors/Registered address/Key Employees) during the preceding year
9. Audited Financials of the company.
