2. Not more than fourteen days after the employment of a person, the employer shall deliver or send by post to the appropriate Public Employment Centre the following particulars: —
(a) the number of the employee's Labour Registration Book;
(b) the name of the employee;
(c) a description of the nature of the employment;
(d) the rate of wage or salary at which the employee is employed;
(e) the date on which the employment begins; and
(f) the name and address of the employer.
