New Juaben North Municipal Assembly Establishment Of Private School Bye-Laws
A person or a group of persons, church/religious body who contravenes or violates any provision of this bye-law commits an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding ghc500.00 or in default to a term of imprisonment not exceeding six( 6) months or to both.
