Ghana Postal Services Corporation Act, 1995 (Act 505)
Section 30: Where the Director-General has reason to suspect that any postal article contains anything in contravention of section 29, he may cause the postal article to be detained and opened, and, if it is found to contain such matter, he shall cause it to be destroyed or be forfeited to the State.
