Minerals And Mining Act, 2006 (ACT 703) As amended
Section 41: (I) A mining lease shall be for an initial term of thirty years or for a lesser period that may be agreed with the applicant.
(2) The area in respect of which a mining lease maybe granted shall not be less than one block or more than three hundred contiguous blocks each having a side in common with at least one other block the subject of the grant.
