Omnibus Services Act, 1972 N.R.C.D. 71
Section 7:An application for the issue of an omnibus licence authorising a motor vehicle, duly registered under the Road Traffic Act, to stand and ply for hire as an omnibus within a prescribed area, shall be made to the Licensing Authority in the prescribed form.
