Minerals And Mining Act, 2006(ACT 703) As amended
Section 107 as amended by Act 900: (I) Where an offence is committed under this Act or under Regulations made under this Act by a body of persons,
(a) in the case of a body corporate, other than a partnership, each director or an officer of the body shall also be considered to have committed the offence, and
(b) in the case of a pm1nership each partner or officer of that body shall be considered to have committed that offence.
