Minerals And Mining Act, 2006(ACT 703) As amended
Section 109: Except otherwise provided in this Act, where a fine is imposed on a person under this Act or Regulations made under this Act and there is failure to pay the fine, the amount shall be recoverable as a civil debt owed to the State.
