Guidelines For Transport Centre

Within 24 months of commencement of operations, an undertaking covered by a PER or an EIS may be issued with an Environmental Certificate provided the following conditions are met:
(i) Confirmation of actual commencement of operations;  
(ii) Evidence of acquisition of other permits, approvals, consents or licenses applicable to the sector and the particular undertaking;  
(iii) Evidence of compliance with relevant mitigation commitments;
(iv) Evidence of compliance with other environmental permit conditions;
(v) Submission of a current Annual Environmental Report on the undertaking (verified and considered satisfactory);
(vi) Submission and acceptance of an Environmental Management Plan for the Undertaking; (vii) Satisfaction of Environmental Audit conditions; and (viii) Payment of an Environmental Certificate fee.
