Minerals And Mining Act, 2006 (ACT 703) As amended
Section 6: (1) Except otherwise provided in this Act, a person shall not export, sell or otherwise dispose of a mineral, unless the person holds a licence granted by the Minister for that purpose.
(2) An application for a licence shall be made in writing to the Minister in the prescribed manner.
(3) The Minister, on the recommendation of the Commission may issue the licence in the form and on conditions determined by the Minister.
(4) A licence issued is not transferable.
