Minerals And Mining Act, 2006 (ACT 703) As amended
Section 11: An application for a mineral right shall be submitted to the Minerals Commission in the prescribed fom1 and shall be accompanied with a statement providing,
(a) particulars of the financial and technical resources available to the applicant for the proposed mineral operations,
(b) an estimate of the amount of money proposed to be spent on the operations,
(c) particulars of the programme of proposed mineral operations, and (d) particulars of the applicant's proposals with respect to the employment and training in the mining industry of Ghanaians.
