Minerals And Mining Act, 2006 (ACT 703) As amended
Section 16: (I) The holder of a mineral right shall at all times appoint a manager with the requisite qualification and experience to be in charge of that holder's mineral opera¬tions.
(2) The holder of a mineral right shall notify the Head of the Inspectorate Division of the Commission in writing of the appointment of a manager and on each change of the manager
