Minerals And Mining Act, 2006 (ACT 703) As amended
Section 23: (I) A holder of a mineral right, shall pay an annual ground rent as may be prescribed.
(2) Payments of annual ground rent shall be made to the owner of the land or successors and assigns of the owner except in the case of annual ground rent in respect of mineral rights over stool lands, which sha1l be paid to the Office of the Administrator of Stool Lands, for application in accordance with the Office of the Administrator of Stool Lands Act 1994 (Act 481).
