Pawnbroker Act, 1951 (CAP 189)
Section 11: (1) A person intending to apply for the first time for a certificate shall twenty-one days at least before the application, give notice by registered letter sent by post of the intention to the senior police officer in the district where the applicant intends to carry on business. (2) The notice shall set forth the name and address, and the situation of the shop in which it is intended to carry on business.
