Pawnbroker Act, 1951 (CAP 189)
Section 6: (5) A person who acts as a pawnbroker without having in force a valid licence, commits an offence and is liable for each offence to a fine not exceeding two hundred penalty units or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding six months.
