Plants And Fertilizer Act, 2010 (ACT 803)
Section 41: Locally produced seeds shall be tagged as follows for the purposes of identification:
(a) white for basic seeds
(b) blue for first generation certified seeds; and
(c) red for second generation certified seeds and hybrid seeds.
