Prohibited Persons
5. No person of unsound mind or person infested with vermin or suffering from any contagious or infectious disease shall enter or be in the premises provided for fish cleaning and packing. The Assembly or any officer appointed by it for this purpose shall have power to prohibit from entering such premises, or to eject from the premises, any person who is or has previously been guilty of such misconduct about such premises as in the opinion of the Assembly such or officer so appointed justifies such action.
