Regulation 148
(1) A manager of a mine shall ensure that in the mine,
(a) the minimum dimensions of a refuge hole are
(i) one metre in width;
(ii) two metres in depth; and
(iii) two metres in height; and
(b) a refuge hole is clearly marked and, kept clean and free from any obstruction.
