Newspaper Licensing Regulations, 1989 (L.I. 1417)
Regulation 4—Renewal of a Newspaper Licence.
The provisions of regulation 1 of these Regulations shall apply to an application for the original grant of a licence and subject to any modifications that may be necessary to a renewal and, any application for a renewal shall be made to the Secretary not less than one month before the date on which the current licence expires and shall be accompanied by a fee of ¢25,000.00
