Excise Duty Act, 2014 (Act 878) as amended
Section 30: A manufacturer who fails to provide office accommodation to an officer as required under section 24 (4) shall pay an administrative penalty of not more than five hundred currency points for each day that the manufacturer fails to provide the accommodation.
