5. Food Handling Certification
a) All bakery staff who handles bakery products shall be subjected to screening by service providers contracted or accredited by the Municipal Director of Health Service.
b) Any bakery staff sound fit to handle bakery products shall be issued with a valid health certificate by the Municipal Director of Health Service, which certificate shall be renewed upon expiry on yearly basis.
c) Bakery staff shall produce health certificate on demand by an authorized officer of the Assembly or its contracted or accredited service providers.
