New Juaben North Municipal Assembly Bakery Bye-Laws 2017
9. Penalty
A person who contravenes any provision of these this Bye-law commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine, not more than five hundred penalty units or a term of imprisonment of not less than twelve (12) months or both; and in case of a continuing offence, is liable to a fine of not more than one penalty unit for each day that the offence continues. Fifty percent (50%) of the fine paid should be allotted to New Juaben North Municipal Assembly.
