5. Food Handler Certification
(a) All bakery staff who handle bakery products shall be subjected to screening by service providers contracted or accredited by the Metro Public Health.
(b) Any bakery staff found fit to handle bakery products shall be issued with a valid health certificate by the Metro Public Health Department, which certificate shall be renewed upon expiry on a yearly basis.
(c) Bakery staff shall produce health certificate on demand by an authorized officer of the Assembly or its contracted or accredited service providers.
