Accra Metropolitan Assembly (Bakery) Bye-Laws, 2017
8. Inspections
(a) An Environmental Health Officer or an authorized agent of the Assembly shall have the power to enter a bakery for the purposes of inspection, enquiries and investigations at a reasonable time and as many times as may be necessary.
(b) A person shall not obstruct an officer from performing his duties under this Bye-law.
