Permit for Temporal Structures
2. (a) A person shall not put a kiosk in any area within the area of authority of the Assembly unless that person first obtains a license to do so from the Assembly.
(b) The Assembly on receipt of an application for a license may issue permit subject to such conditions as the Assembly may deem necessary
