Drilling Licence and Groundwater Development Regulations, 2006 (L.I. 1827)
Regulation 1—Water drilling licence
(1) A person shall not construct a well for the abstraction, or monitoring of groundwater or for research if that person does not have a drilling licence granted in accordance with these Regulations.
(2) The drilling licence shall be obtained from the Commission on application.
